Hourly Support

This is as straightforward as it sounds: when you need help, we’ll be there.

Our tech support team is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm EST to provide guidance and support. Some requests do take longer than others and may need to be scheduled, so please make sure you reach out before it becomes an immediate need; that will allow us to ensure you’re not only getting it done but that you’re getting it done right.

Monthly Support Packages

We have overall monthly support packages that aim to ensure your website is working well. From ongoing support – Plugin updates, theme updates, WordPress updates, PHP upgrades – you name it.

Whether it’s a WordPress core or plugin updates, uptime monitoring, or regular security and malware scans, we have you covered. If you need any other support for your website or business, WPSapphire is available to assist you at hourly rates. Having the right team monitoring your website makes a difference.

  • Do I need to sign a contract?
    While an exclusive contract isn’t necessary, we do require your signature on a one-time Tech Support Agreement outlining rates and included services before commencing any work on your site. Contact us to take a look. If you’re new to WPSapphire, Alchemy + Aim, or North Star Sites, we recommend beginning with a Site Health and Security Audit.
  • What are your hours of operation and response time?
    Our tech support team is available Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm EST to provide guidance and support. Some requests do take longer than others and may need to be scheduled, so please make sure you reach out before it becomes an immediate need; that will allow us to ensure you’re not only getting it done but that you’re getting it done right. During business hours, we’ll get back to you within 2 hours. If you email us after business hours we’ll get back to you the next business day.
  • I have a lot of ideas – would it be possible to have a conversation over the phone instead?
    We know it might be challenging to explain everything through email. So feel free to set up an appointment with us via Zoom! We also love to use Loom.com, which helps clients explain and show the issues they are experiencing from their point of view.
  • My site was hacked. Can you fix it?
    Probably! Our goal is to keep your site healthy long-term. If your site was hacked we’ll want to run a lot of tests to make sure we find the root cause.
  • Can you build me a new website?
    WPSapphire specializes in website maintenance and after launch support. If you need a new website, we’d be happy to connect you with our teams at Alchemy + Aim and North Star Sites.
  • How much does it cost?
    Our hourly rate for development work is $100.
